Depending on the soil and climate of the growing area, specific types of coffee are created

- Scent: unique, elegant, noble natural scent (the smell of grass, flowers, fruits, syrup blends with the smell of honey, oats, toast, and a passionately fragrant straw field, drooping)

- Taste: has a characteristic bitter taste, light aroma, delicious and fatty taste, similar to the taste of oatmeal, low sour taste but strong 

- Caffeine content: 1.8-3.5%.

- Seeds: small, thick, slightly round, with straight grooves in the middle of the seeds.
