Depending on the soil and climate of the growing area, specific types of coffee are created

-  Scent: unique, elegant, noble natural scent (the smell of grass, flowers, fruits, syrup blends with the smell of honey, oats, toast, and a passionately fragrant straw field, drooping)

- Taste: has a slightly sour taste mixed with a slight bitter taste, a sweet aroma, a gentle, pure aftertaste 

- Caffeine content: 0.9-1.7%.

- Seeds: large seeds, long and slender shape, deep, wavy grooves in the middle of the seeds.
